You can delete your account and all associated data directly from inside the CVify app in under a minute. No email required.
How to delete your account
- Open the CVify app and sign in to your account.
- Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Account from the profile menu.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account and all data will be permanently removed.
What gets deleted
- Your account credentials and profile information
- All CV profiles you have created
- All exported CV files and history
- Your credit balance and transaction history
- Any AI-generated content linked to your account
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed, your data cannot be recovered.
If you have an active Pro or Max subscription, cancel it on Google Play before deleting your account to avoid further charges. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Can't access the app?
If you no longer have access to the app or your account, email us and we will delete your data manually within 30 days.
