Terms & Conditions
PadCode: No-Code App Builder
Effective November 4, 2026.
These terms apply to PadCode, the app for building apps on iPad, and the services that come with it (together, "PadCode"), made by Junaid Tariq ("we", "us"). By using PadCode you agree to them, so please read them.
Who can use PadCode
You must be at least 16, or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms for you. You're responsible for your account and for what happens with it, so keep your sign-in safe.
Using PadCode
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use PadCode on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and the App Store's rules. Don't copy, sell, reverse engineer or resell PadCode, try to break or overload it, or get around its limits or its review of the Marketplace.
What you make
The apps, widgets, themes and components you make are yours. You're responsible for them and for what they do, including the web services they call and the laws that apply to them. PadCode, its design, its own templates and its name stay ours.
The Marketplace
- Anyone with an account can publish to the Marketplace, and everything in it is free.
- When you publish, you give us a worldwide, free licence to store, review, show and share it in PadCode, and you let everyone who gets it use it and change it in PadCode. You can unpublish it at any time; copies people already got stay theirs.
- Only publish what you have the right to. You promise that what you publish doesn't break anyone's rights or the law.
- Everything is reviewed before it goes live, and again when it's reported. It must follow the Community Guidelines shown when you publish. We may reject or take down anything, and block or ban any account, for breaking them.
- Breaking the zero-tolerance rules (sexual content, anything that harms children, hate or harassment, violence or threats, scams and malware, anything illegal, or getting around the rules) gets the account banned for good the first time.
- You can report items and block creators in PadCode, or write toinfo@flutterninja.com. To ask us to look at a decision again, write to us too.
The AI Agent
The AI Agent builds and changes apps for you with AI models. What it makes can be wrong, incomplete or not what you meant, so check it before you rely on it or share it. Don't ask it for anything unlawful or harmful. Your plan sets how much you can use it. When you add your own models, your requests go to that provider under its terms, and it bills you.
Plans and payments
Paid plans are bought through Apple's App Store and renew until you cancel. Apple charges you, and you manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account's settings; refunds are Apple's to give. We tell you a plan's price before you buy, and may change what each plan includes, telling you first when it affects you.
- Subscriptions (Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly) renew automatically at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancelling keeps Pro until that period ends.
- The free trial of Pro Yearly costs nothing; when it ends, Pro Yearly starts and you're charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Each Apple account can have it once.
- Lifetime is bought once and doesn't renew.
- AI credits pay for the AI Agent's use of PadCode's models; each request uses some, depending on what it costs to run. A subscription's monthly allowance starts again each month and doesn't carry over. Credit packs and Lifetime's credits are bought once, never expire while you have your account, and are used after the monthly allowance. Credits have no cash value, can't be moved to another account, and end when your account is deleted.
Ending
You can stop using PadCode and delete your account at any time in Settings › Profile. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law, or put other people or PadCode at risk.
Warranties and liability
PadCode is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and correct, but we can't promise it will always be available, free of errors, or right for your purpose. Keep copies of work that matters to you.
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for PadCode in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for PadCode or its content, and has no duty to maintain or support it. If PadCode doesn't match a warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund what you paid for it; Apple has no other warranty duty. Apple isn't responsible for claims about PadCode, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property claims; we are, as these terms say. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm that you aren't in a country the US government embargoes or calls a "terrorist supporting" country, and aren't on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Changes
We may change these terms. We'll update the date at the top, and tell you in PadCode before an important change takes effect. If you keep using PadCode after that, you accept the new terms.
